Shipping policy

Local Delivery
All orders to Kuwait will be processed and delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Thursday will be processed the following Saturday.

Please ensure that the email and/or phone number that you provide with your order is functional. We use email/phone to communicate with you and update you on the status of your order. 

GCC Delivery
We offer express shipping to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Orders to the GCC region are dispatched through DHL Express. Shipping fees will be calculated at check out. 

You will receive your tracking information through DHL. Please ensure that the email address and phone number provided during checkout are functional in order to receive updates and delivery information regarding your order. 

Please note that import fees, sales tax, and/or taxes are not included in the shipping fee. You will be responsible for any Customs duties and/or import fees at the time of delivery.
