There is a lot of information (and misinformation) being circulated about the novel coronavirus and the current status in Kuwait. What we do know for certain is that the government of Kuwait has advised everyone to stay home and avoid going out unless necessary, to practice social distancing, and to implement good hygiene and hand washing practices.
Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurant delivery are all still operational. There is no need to "panic buy" supplies.
While retail stores have not been closed, in the interest of your health and safety, we will be closing our store for walk-ins and shopping until further notice. This does not mean that Sniggles is closing. We will be operational online, for call-in orders, and delivery. We will be working to ensure that all orders are delivered as quickly as possible. During the time that our retail locations are closed, there will be no delivery fees: all orders will be delivered throughout Kuwait free of charge. We will also be delivering on Friday to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible.
Good hygiene is crucial. While our staff always practices good hygiene, we have taken extra precautions during this time.
Our customers and our staff are our utmost priority. We will do everything in our power to ensure that we play our part in keeping everyone safe and healthy.
