Returns with a Receipt:
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned in the same condition within 14 days for a complete refund, less any delivery charges. Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Returns with a Gift Receipt
Items returned with a Gift Receipt can either be exchanged for something new or refunded on a Sniggles Gift Card in the amount that was paid, to spend on absolutely anything — in-store or online.
Returns without an Original or Gift Receipt
Can't seem to find a receipt? No problem. We can still exchange your item for you, or offer a Sniggles Gift Card for the item's current selling price in return.
Manufacturer Defects:
If your find that your product has a manufacturer’s defect, please call us and bring it in, even if you do not have the original packaging or a receipt. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will be able to work with you to replace your item with no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable items:
We regret that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Customized items
- Corsets
- Breast pumps
- Swimwear
- Toilet training merchandise
- Assembled furniture
- Sale Items
- Sniggles Gift Cards
- Delivery and installation.
